Educational programs, training partners, and police recruiting teams can point applicants to ETHOS at no cost. Here's exactly what that means, and how it works.
Educational Institutions
Colleges, universities, and criminal justice programs
There is no cost or contract to recommend ETHOS to your students. The free tier (real practice content across every discipline, the full resource library, the applicant roadmap, and Interview Lab) is available the moment a student creates an account; your program doesn't need to sign up for anything first. If a specific group would benefit from full-bank access for a defined period, a practicum cohort or a career-fair audience, contact us. We can set up a limited-time access code for that group at no cost to your program, redeemed individually by each student on their own account, so ETHOS never receives a class list or sees any student's private practice history.
Training Partners & Gyms
POPAT, PARE, and general fitness preparation
ETHOS covers the written exam, the interview, and the parts of an application that live outside a gym. If you run physical preparation for police applicants, that makes us a complement, not a competitor. The relationship is simple: no fees, no seat purchases, no exclusivity. In practice that usually means pointing clients at each other, and it can grow into something more, a shared resource or a joint session, if it makes sense for both sides.

Independent, not affiliated, not official
ETHOS Prep is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the RCMP, JIBC, any municipal police service, government body, or recruiting agency, and nothing on ETHOS is official, leaked, or confidential assessment content. This isn't a partnership in either direction: no account, no data exchange, and no claim of endorsement. What we can offer a recruiting team: an accuracy check on how we describe your agency's own published process (every agency page is built directly from what you publish, and we want to know if anything changes), and, where it's useful, an independent resource you're welcome to mention to applicants attending an information session, entirely at your discretion.
- Email hello@ethosprep.ca and tell us who you're reaching (students, clients, applicants) and what you're looking for.
- We agree on scope together: a simple introduction, a mutual mention, or a time-limited access code for a defined group.
- For a sponsored access code, we set up a claim code for a fixed number of seats and a fixed window.
- Each person redeems the code on their own ETHOS account. Nobody's practice history, scores, or private data is ever visible to the organization that sponsored their access.
None of this requires a purchase, a contract, or bulk licensing on your end. ETHOS doesn’t run a sales process; if an access code isn’t the right fit, a simple mutual introduction usually is.
